Please read our shop announcement for current turn times – normally we ship within 3 to 5 business days, but that is not guaranteed. We do allow RUSH orders for an additional fee, but those must be made in advance and approved by messaging us. DO NOT place your order and put in your order notes the date you need it by and EXPECT we will meet this date. These types of arrangements MUST be made in advance. We do not allow order cancellations – so it is important to get prior approval on your deadlines.
USEFUL INFORMATION
We DO NOT allow returns on custom items, so make sure you are referring to the sizing chart to ensure you are selecting proper sizing. In most cases, the youth and unisex sizes run very true to size, and the girl’s and women’s sizes run a tad small. Feel free to message with questions, but the sizing chart should answer most of them. Please note that we may switch up brands of shirts to accommodate sizes needed and inventory available when deemed necessary. Also please note, that the grey infant/toddler/and youth tank tops vary in color from adult sizes, as they come from two different companies due to availability.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash inside out and on cold – dry on low heat or air dry for best results. DO NOT IRON directly onto the imprinted area.
SHIPPING INFO:
SHIPMENT is USPS, if it is under 16 oz it will ship First Class, first class is uninsured, if you would like insurance you will need to contact us. IF YOU NEED BY A CERTAIN DATE and put it in your order comments, we will do our best to accommodate but will not guarantee it unless you email us and get our approval PRIOR TO PLACING THE ORDER. We will also require you to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail and in some cases, you will need to purchase our RUSH option. Again, in situations like this, you will need TO MESSAGE US FIRST for approval or your order will be processed in the order it was received. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $35 – no code is needed, as it will automatically calculate for you at checkout. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES – we cannot control the mail system – once an order is placed in the possession of USPS it is completely out of our control. Refunds and returns are not accepted due to the failure of USPS handling.
Custom orders and requests: MUST BE EMAILED TO US PRIOR TO PURCHASE – do not put notes to seller and expect they will be granted. In some cases, we charge for changes or names to be added to the shirt. We can get our hands on almost any type of apparel product, so let us know your special request or if you would like to change up the shirt color, style, or design colors at all.
RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATION:
We will accept returns on a case-by-case basis – returns MUST be approved. Keep in mind we will not pay for the return shipment cost, and will not reimburse you for the initial shipment fee that we paid to ship your product. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE ITEM IS CUSTOM MADE OR A SEASONAL ITEM or if you leave us a negative or poor review prior to attempting to resolve with us via Etsy messaging. We will, however, in all cases grant either a refund or exchange if we are found in error on your order and how we made or processed it, and in many cases will send out the correct item immediately. We always do whatever we can to rectify our errors asap and promptly!! Orders may not be canceled once they are placed, so please make sure you are checking for order accuracy, (to include the correct shipping address) and are sure you are wanting the order and are looking at the estimated ship time to ensure you are placing your order well enough in advance to receive it for your special event. NO EXCEPTIONS as we start processing your order immediately – fast processing is key to getting your item out quickly.
