After receiving a busted up box, I checked all the contents. Thankfully, nothing was missing or damaged. As noted on another review, there was no instructions. However, the system was very easy to assemble. It appears to be very sturdy. Except for the handle straps which are very thin, single row stitched, and have a very light gage friction buckle. I have little faith that the straps are safe to hold the quoted weight.
I’m looking for a heavier guage strap to replace them to be on the safeside.

Pros: The bed trapeze meets my needs – I am 144 lbs.
When it was delivered the package was in very bad shape (torn, holes poked in it]. The packing
material had been good enough that there was no damage to the actual parts inside.
Cons: There was no list of parts or directions for assembly. It was missing a part. Fortunately my
husband is very handy was able to assemble it.

This could be a very good product but it was sent without assembly instructions or parts lists. As it turns out it was missing one bolt/knob and missing four washers. It had 3 straps when only one is needed. It had five-long screws and inserts for an apparent wall mount configuration but without installation instructions who knows what they are for!

This product is garbage!!! I bought this for my dad so that he can readjust in his hospital bed. The second time he used it, the stitching came undone when trying to pull himself up and he went crashing back down on his bed. I can’t believe that a product made to help those who need assistance in mobility would be made so cheaply!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.!!!

This item arrived with seriously damaged shipping packaging due to UPS & handling. Some parts/items missing at no fault to the seller. Assembled, fixed an some paint it works great & as advertised. Not sure what is up with UPS & shipping lately but it’s becoming a problem.
